A simple but functional retro clock widget with old-school Nixie tubes.

- Time or Date can be shown on Tubes.
- Direct access to alarm clock or calendar settings by tapping the widget.
- 12hr or 24hr format for time.
- DD.MM or MM.DD format for date.
- Can also show seconds !
- User-configurable tint for tubes.
- Time, Date, or User Text can be shown below the tubes.
- Can be displayed on the home screen and the lock screen (Android 4.2 and later).

Optimized to prolong battery life. But you have to know that display of seconds can drain your battery faster.

Recent changes:
Fix the "frozen widget" issue on some devices. Also, the Deluxe version now has high resolution nixie tubes !

This is a really nice detailed old school Dixie tube clock. It has a very realistic cold cathode tube like appearance with the characters in the classic shapes. Fantastic. Love the way it looks and how it can be sized, choice of tint, seconds if you want, date in text below the clock if you want, nice looking wood background if you want. Love it.

Free version is precisely the same as deluxe version. Zero difference: No extra settings at all. No control to make pixies look better, they are what they are: too bright and no alternate Dixie design options to make them look nicer. . Adding the date does not make them appear as pixies!!!??? Pretty lame.

I suppose Ctoutpris couldn't keep it going with new OS development. Last update was 2018. Still the best looking Dixie Tube Clock app out there...sadly I'm finally going to delete it, with reservations, even after years of re-adding the Deluxe version to my home screen because of freezing. Regrettably, it's time to part ways.

Dear Developer. Dixie clock deluxe paid for widget has stopped working. It has stopped getting the correct time and date it is not working. Has been stuck for few days now. Can re place widget on desk top with correct time, but then next day is wrong again.
