They put syncing with Google Photos which was previously free behind a paid subscription. That functionality was the whole reason I purchased my Nix play and I want my money back.

Updated 3/11/25. Do not buy their frames or anything from this company after buying a frame they keep changing their storage policy and reducing capacity. When we purchased the frame the number 1 reason was for their storage limits were very high. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Cannot upload photos without having to keep logging out clear the cache and then log back in to get photos to upload
