Need better routing with pickup ups and drop off. There should not be where a client rides past their drop-off point to ride far out. Then return. Other than that service is good and most drivers are friendly

Have been trying to register for e-wallet for two weeks. Once I enter the register page I can only get the RIDES page. I am not able to start the e-wallet process. If either get the RIDES page or a page telling me that I need to top off my e-wallet balance. Since I have not been able to set up an e-wallet account what is there to top off? I have been through all the available prompts and no one has been able to help me. Can someone suggest what the problem could besides my bank.
