The personal challenge Goal feature is faulty. Reminders never worked despite resetting them several times. After I reported the bug, the app started charging random fees and eventually ended my goal, withdrawing money with a 45% breakage penalty. Customer support said it can't be reversed bc I had to save every week at 10am though that was never mentioned when creating the goal. I was fined every week even though I funded the goal. Losing money because of an app malfunction is unacceptable.

Good app, but recent updates ignore Cameroon’s realities, your core market. For verification, your system rejects the letters at the start of new Cameroonian ID numbers. It also won’t accept driver’s license regional codes or licenses with more than 7 digits. Please update validations for alphanumeric IDs and 8+ digit licenses with letters. Once fixed, I’ll return, use your services, and raise my rating above 1 star. Until then, sorry.

I feel bad because ever since I withdraw my savings is more than some days now I haven't received the money and if this was an emergency case the person would've long died because of money of which 8 have the money.I am disappointed and dissatisfy with this NFWA seriously
