Just make sure your font settings on your phone is not set to xl. Works fine

Try as best I can. The app does not want to connect to my Samsung Galaxy S23. Bluetooth is on. Permissions are given. I am as close as I can to the fridge / freezer. The fridge / Freezer is on ac power, on and connected. It works perfectly as I just unboxed it brands new. It picks up the fridge in the app, but does not prompt for the pin. It just keeps on trying to connect and then eventually fails. I have the NL52 LEGACY SMART fridge. Please advise on how to fix the no connection issue.

Does National Luna or the app developers even bother to read these reviews? It's ashamed that a South African product struggles to keep up and be the best. Please sort out the connection issues. We all are battling our asses off to get a connection to the fridges.
