So I had previously rated this App 1 star because it could not pass the loading page. I asked for help and NLB responded swiftly to troubleshoot. Now it is 5 stars on the App and to Senior Officer of Service Excellence Office.

Great app, I did notice when recommending books, the thumbnail in the photo is not accurate, it was the same thumbnail as the previous ones I did.

I'm facing the same issue with the rest of them. I also have cleared the cache and data in nlb apps. Reinstalled again. The apps keep loading, it's been few days issue not solved. Feedback to NLB team. Hope the team can resolve the problem soon. Update: I'm able to access the apps as need to clear cache and data in the browser not nlb apps. Enjoy the newspaper reading again

My app was working well till the new update. Now I cannot get pass language filter setting page... all is working now. This app works well, got to look at lots of books through libby. don't know why it doesn't sync well with overdrive in my Kindle... may be I am bouncing btwn 2 app and 3 devices. Thank u nlb

Worst digital library app. Loading forever. Digital books load too slow. Poor UX. Hire better app developers.

Very bad experience with seat booking. Checked in, but it was not reflected and seat ended up taken by another. Check seat booking cannot be left on, it will kick you out, and you need to close the app and reload again. I wonder if nlb even test it or listen to users before updates. Fancy animations are nice, but it will be better if you work on loading page time and fix all the glitches mentioned. Now even seat reservations have an error. Might as well not update anything.
