Almost done with my first program on nMotion & absolutely loving it so far! There seems to be a program for everyone (which is perfect for someone with workout A.D.D. like me), you can track your progress, talk with others who are also working on the same or other programs & get tips/advice from Kaitlin. I have been working out with Kaitlin (through her videos) consistently for a little over 2 years now. Cannot say enough good things about her! She has helped me tremendously, physically & mentally!

This is an extremely glitchy app, and that significantly affects the user negatively. You have to push links multiple times for the request to register, and it stalls often. You do have to pay to view workouts as well.
