It does become a paid app after the free trial, but I think it's been helpful to track my moods and reflect on the relationship in ways myself and the immediate people around me aren't thinking to ask. The journaling and AI venting aspects can help when I feel I need quick support. I do wish more features could be added, particularly creating your own moods / activities. But overall it's been good and has been something I can keep up with when everything in life feels stressful and busy.
