★★★★★ It helped me break out of the cycle of guilt and restriction, I used to feel like every small “mistake” meant I had to start over, now I just keep going without judgment and that feels freeing!

★★★★★ Logging feels more like checking in with myself than tracking, and that shift has made all the difference.
★★☆☆☆ This app is not serious at all. What they promise is simply not true. The meal plan they offer is not practical or accessible for most people, and it’s very basic. Of course, if you eat only 1000 calories a day, you will lose weight, but they don’t provide much more guidance beyond that obvious fact. They don’t give personalized advice or explain how to adjust the plan to different lifestyles or health conditions.
★★☆☆☆ Didn't like the diet. Tried to cancel but getting nowhere Took another £30 of still ca t cancel. If somebody knows how to do this please let me know
★★☆☆☆ Terrible company to deal with. As several others, I purchased the 3-month trial for 29.99 and the lifetime access for 99.99. The app is very primitive and not at all what I needed. So I emailed them, and now they say "no cancellations", but that was NOT on their original contract. Went through PayPal to reverse the charge and unfortunately, since I cannot print the terms off the app, I am unable to prove that it should be refundable! Horrible app!
