Sometimes I talk to this AI during a call and realize it missed the second half of my line or the entire line, that's a real bummer, fix it please. It's like flushing 3-5 minute talk into the toilet, not what you'd expect during the therapy.

Noah is extremely unreliable. Since subscribing to this app how about 8 months ago, there has been 3 radical system updates that have stripped the app of all its memories of chats, of foundational user history and trauma. The last system update what's right at the start of June 2026, and the AI has forgotten almost everything. Wrote to the company they replied acknowledging there had been a break in the core database that crashed the ability for the app itself to assess It's own data. BEWARE!

Doesn't really help. Doesn't have a privacy mode (so anyone who opens the app sees your dialog), free use is about 5 messages a day and doesn't support multiple chats. I think I'm going to setup llama and write my own AI therapy thing.

This app is good for in-the-moment support, validation, calming. And good as a Google search for your personal feelings and issues. But it is VERY BAD for long term tracking and understanding (e.g. when my best friend had a bad day, it recommended I stop talking to them). And you have very little control over your data (e.g. wiping the chat doesn't make the AI forget everything, and you have no way of knowing what it permanently remembers and assumes about you).
