This app is the WORST! I forgot my password and when I try to receive an email with a recovery code, it never shows up, even though I type in my correct email account! Now I can't even access my Noggin account! Noggin really needs to fix this problem!

My kid loves it, but for something I'm paying monthly for, it has a lot of glitches. The worst is the sound. It often sounds static-y and robotic. This happens on both the TV and the phone. I have to close it and open it several times for it to (sometimes) go back to normal. The apps on both Roku and the phone are up-to-date and the latest version.
