They ban you from promos without letting you know, and still advertise the promos to you so you think you're eligible. Their app also absolutely stinks and crashes constantly.

They are bribing new signups for 5-star reviews. I took their bribe and now this is my edited review. (Bribe offer was on the 26/10/23, have a look at all the gushing reviews from that date!) Brings nothing new to the table vs other established players, with consistently lower returns on racing than the competition.

Terrible betting platform. Will reject your bets then remove that market entirely. What's the point in having an app if you can't even place bets in the first place?

Terrible experience, not paying bonus bets, customer service of no help, placed a 4 leg multi, and it showed as a 2 leg, when asked chat about it, they assured me it will be paid as placed but couldn't figure out why it's showing as 2 legs in the app, missing transactions, these guys are absolute crooks! Stay away!

Barred for any promotions, before I even deposited (got an email confirming no promos after signing up). Just another Betr! "We're going to be the biggest bookmaker ever!!!". (as they cut you back to MBL). Avoid.
