False advertising. Purchased a plan in the UK that comes with call and text, but can't use it at all. Their own AI said such a plan doesn't exist for the UK region. It was to call a UK number from within the UK. asked for refund, and it took DAYS to communicate and even after I have returned to my home country the issue is still not resolved. Very incompetent customer service. Do not buy their call & text plans because if it doesn't work they would not refund you.

I purchased three 21 day unlimited plans for Japan. After following the instructions for Android fmusing recent Google Pixel phones, then being frustrated by their AI, an agent came on and said that all three esim's were no longer valid, and the purchase was non-refundable. AVOID.
