Very disappointed with Nomad. I bought a 5 GB eSIM for my wife in Istanbul. After only about 15 minutes of light use (mainly a short WhatsApp call), the plan disappeared from the app and showed as Expired. Customer support claimed all 5 GB had been used in those 15 minutes, which doesn't seem believable given the minimal usage. Instead of investigating, they simply insisted the data was consumed. I won't be using Nomad again and cannot recommend it based on this experience.

The unlimited package which I purchased is not really unlimited. It is very misleading for a customer. Nomad should do better, clearly they hide behind "common industry practice". Industry practice does not take away from duty of care to customers.
