Works well in China with fast connection to Google sites, unfortunately the unlimited plan stops working after the initial daily 2gb of 5g connection since the 4g LTE doesn't load anything, at least in Beijing.

I purchased three 21 day unlimited plans for Japan. After following the instructions for Android fmusing recent Google Pixel phones, then being frustrated by their AI, an agent came on and said that all three esim's were no longer valid, and the purchase was non-refundable. AVOID.

Very disappointed with Nomad eSIM in Indonesia. First 4 days in Ubud were fine, then the connection became unreliable across multiple areas of Bali. Constant dropouts despite showing signal. I couldn’t reliably access banking, maps, Grab, messages, or manage flights. Support was worse — the bot disconnected and deleted my feedback. Pixel 8 works fine otherwise. Ended up relying on Wi-Fi and hotspots. Would not use again and would like a refund.

I have to give 1! After one esim expired, its a nightmare to prolong that same one! Even when you send email with instructions, that link is not reachable! All I can say, it's a nightmare to prolong the esim. You are making it so complicated that its incredible! Prolong, not to install the new esim? Why are you giving that option??? In general, people dent know how this works, you have to be the one to make it simple but Naidoo...you are making it more complicated ! Very frustrating app

I bought a 50 GB Europe eSIM well in advance during a sale for an upcoming trip. Nowhere in the main purchasing process did it clearly state that the plan would automatically activate and expire after 60 days, even if you haven't touched a single byte of data or even arrived in the destination country. I landed in Europe only to find my brand new eSIM completely expired. Nomad support refused to honor it or help, despite their backend showing 0 GB usage. Really disappointed honestly.
