NoNetChat could be the solution for you! This no-Internet messaging app will allow you to talk to people around you. It won't improve your charisma, but at least it will let you take the first step. All you need is a recent phone, this app installed on both sides, and you're good to go!

Just launch it and select people by clicking on the username to start sending private messages. It can be used in many situations when you need to talk to or reach someone nearby but no Internet connection is available (vacations, subway, on an island, on Mars, end of the world...)
