Our company has been using this App for 2 years and have constent issue on it blocking access to some our key programs and sites. It auto-renewed on 7/10/2022, and we wanted to cancel our subscription and receive a prorated refund. They refused to do so saying something about terms of service. This is the 1st app company we ever dealt with that did not offer a refund after renewal. We feel this is extremely unethical behavior and have canceled our subscription in any case. Bad company!

Trash app the registration doesn't work on desktop version I have fill everything out on the forum, but it will not let me click next it acts like it's locked like I need some type of code or something please fix this.
