You can set your SmartCharge to prioritize green energy, save on costs, or reduce CO2 emissions. You set your preferences; Norlys Charging takes care of the rest.

After charging is complete, you can view detailed summaries of your charging sessions, including costs and usage patterns, to gain better insights.

On the go, the app allows you to easily find charging stations, see charging prices, charging speeds, availability, and start charging. With the app, you can locate Norlys public charging points, as well as roaming charging points – there are over 500,000 across Europe. You choose how you want to pay - via Apple Pay, MobilePay, or credit card, or with "Pay with Norlys," where charges are paid through your monthly electricity bill - simple and convenient.

The app works, but there are some obvious improvements that could make it better. For example, the phone number should be prefixed with the user’s actual country rather than defaulting to the first country in the list. Also, the cursor in the selected input field is white, which makes it difficult to tell whether the input field is actually selected.

Extremely slow and ineffective customer support. Referred me to Monta to resolve an issue withdrawing funds from their wallet. Over two weeks and no solution.

Charging points does not work as they should, could get 4 kW at a 22 kW charging point

It wouldn't let me verify from the email. I was unable to get past a loop going from the app to email and back to the app.
