The app originally showed my garbage pickup for my address on the wrong day, it's been corrected. App works great.

The app just updated and now doesn't work. It only shows the pickup dates and anything else is non-functioning Edit: not sure what happened, but the app has full functionality now. Updated to 4 stars.

Quick, simple, and accurate. I am not sure why the city bothered to create this app when Recycle Coach has all the same features and more though. I guess some people will prefer the simplicity and the (no value added) custom branding of this app instead.

It won't work anymore. It doesn't even know my address!! It's useless. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It won't even open. Just a blue screen with the recycle sign in the Center. Totally useless

App can't find my address, this should be available anywhere on the north bay website, downloading and app is a waste of time and generally inconvenient!

I'm having the same problem as other users. It was working fine with all the menu items, and now nothing works except the schedule. I'm not getting notifications anymore, and I can't get into the settings to check it or fix it.

Can't even get the address finder to work

The app just updated and only shows the pickup dates. That's good. But the rest usually doesn't work. Hit one menu option at the bottom and it may work. Or not. But it won't work again. And the Settings menu never works. Have to reboot the app to get a menu option to work. And I have rebooted the phone. So, the schedule=good, the rest, not good. The question is, will it notify me next week? EDIT: No, it didn't notify me. Lowered rating to one star.
