★★★★★ Does exactly what it says it does, very happy with it.

★★★★★ The app originally showed my garbage pickup for my address on the wrong day, it's been corrected. App works great.

★★★★★ The app just updated and now doesn't work. It only shows the pickup dates and anything else is non-functioning Edit: not sure what happened, but the app has full functionality now. Updated to 4 stars.

★★★★★ Quick, simple, and accurate. I am not sure why the city bothered to create this app when Recycle Coach has all the same features and more though. I guess some people will prefer the simplicity and the (no value added) custom branding of this app instead.

★★☆☆☆ I'm having the same problem as other users. It was working fine with all the menu items, and now nothing works except the schedule. I'm not getting notifications anymore, and I can't get into the settings to check it or fix it.

★★☆☆☆ It won't work anymore. It doesn't even know my address!! It's useless. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It won't even open. Just a blue screen with the recycle sign in the Center. Totally useless

★★☆☆☆ App can't find my address, this should be available anywhere on the north bay website, downloading and app is a waste of time and generally inconvenient!
