The app never works and the customer service is rude and have no understanding of people having hard times nor do they care. My 86-year-old father was at my home on hospice for 4 years, and I was his some caretaker by myself and was really struggling & these people did not care that my power got turned off and said that my father wasn't their problem. My father passed away Dec 2024, but needless to say, anyone that conducts their business in this manner will have there day one day to face...

Trying to make it easier to pay bills since I have 3 meters on my property and the automated system makes me jump through hoops when I call to make a payment on just one of them, the app doesn't even seem to work. Can't even log in, I have tried everything....typical
