100 % improvement over Telus unfortunately it is a little more money, but you get what you pay for my speed is always over a hundred megabytes per second as promised

Worst customer service experience ever. They don't care about their customers just about their money. They left a family of five with no internet for a week My kids could not do any of their assignments for high school homework. No one could watch TV. and most importantly our home security system did not work it depends on Wi-Fi. Needless to say it was a bad week, and they did not care T hey have a real WITCH FOR SUPERVISOR

I don't recommend getting Wi-Fi from them if you are low income because they will screw you over, and they will charge you more money then what your plan says, and they shut the Wi-Fi off when you don't pay them as well as they don't email or mail bills
