Very basic. Updates to the tracked items are behind real time by at least a day. No times given for events like picked up, transit, arrived at depot etc. No ETA for delivery given.

I've been a northline client for 8 years or more. This app disappoints me. It consistently shows me other client's connotes in my list. I've reported it to them countless times but the cannot fix the problem. The app is a little slow on updates but I can live with that. Please fix the list error.

Doesn't tell you timeframes or where the item is during the delivery process. This is basic info that customers want to know... App is too simplistic. Randomly shows other items (that i haven't ordered) in my list of items. Doesn't save deliveries in the history and can't register from the app. Needs a lot of work.
