I love this app, great writing, but some update over the last couple of weeks has made it difficult to read on androids. The new advertisement pop-ups that send me to Hillsdale every time I try to open an article is making it impossible to read since clicking back just leaves me in my browser. Then going back to the app and re-click the article, it sends me back to Hillsdale again. I like Hillsdale too but you guys are hurting each other.

Used to be good, but now for each article I click on. It sends me to some random adds website. Makes me worried about viruses since I can't verify the link beforehand.

What happened to this app? It's an absolute mess now. It's riddled with ads now, and large portions of certain articles won't render, so I can't even read the full article.

New update is trashing the app with ads. Banner ads on top and bottom, plays a video on every news story with ads appearing at the top of every article and throughout. I understand ads are important, but this is drastic increase. Also, app keeps glitching and randomly sends me to an url in my browser that doesn't work.
