I would like to see a fix for the random lines that get drawn without me drawing them, an explanation for how to undo a pen stroke I had drawn as I saw the feature advertised. And I would like to be able to import existing pdfs/images into my notebooks

For a while now I've wanted an awesome tablet to do some drawings on because I thought it would look awesome. My gf got me this note xp pen tablet and when I opened it we were extremely underwhelmed and the product was totally not what was expected. Granted, more attention could've been taken before buying, but we expected an actual tablet and stylus, not a glorified £90 paper note pad and biro pen that I have to use with a free app, which btw has no instructions whatsoever. Sending it back asap

Zero stars: My XP Pen Note Plus device is a brick because this app won't pair. I bought this device a couple of years ago, and it almost never paired-had to go through the whole process each time I used it, and then it was never guaranteed to pair. I saw that the app had been updated, so I reinstalled it, thinking the update to the app would have improved things. Nope. My notebook is still a brick.
