This app is exactly what I was looking for! The trick with sight reading is to practice. This app not only allows you to practice recognising randomly-chosen notes in the bass or treble clef, but it even has the test as a game, with increasing speed, goals to reach and high scores, which makes practicing easy and fun! Edit, 18.6.19: to increase the range of notes you get tested on, change the range settings to advanced!

I wrote customer support with a question about a previous version I had on my phone that died which allowed you to play with both staves at the same time which this version doesn't have, and no one ever answered me even after I paid for the app twice.
