Simply type in notes and manually backup to your Google account. I wish there was automatic daily backups at night. There is a Find feature to sort through your notes. I will discover if there is a view in list mode. I have backed up but not tested restore feature. I'm on my 4th phone this year, and have learned the value of keeping Contacts, SMS and notes backed up to Google Cloud. I like being able to backup to Google.

I was really excited to find a Notes app with a Cloud backup so I wouldn't lose my lists of organizations, recommended books and movies, etc. So the first thing that happens is I create a section, title it, and then when I enter the first item in that section, and error message pops up that the section is empty. I tried creating three other sections and the same thing happened. So I had to delete it. Sad.

When reopening the app, it not asking pin. Poor security. And asks pin when you save the notes.
