I found it to be very fast and responsive and still works surprisingly well even with no Internet, it also saved all of my data fine even during long writing sessions. Although I am not sure why it forces you into letting it access your phone or not working, otherwise than that I found it to be quick and responsive for mobile and would recommend it for simple notes and to-do lists.

Trash. After spending 15 to 20 minutes importing Unicode I very carefully make sure to save my progress. Push the floppy disk icon I assume means "save", the thumbtack icon I assume means "pin", type a title, click the floppy disk to double-check I saved & upon doing so get taken to the menu with all your notes & see 2 identical saves, neither with the title I just put in. click on it & sure enough nothing is saved except the first 30 seconds nothing from last 20 minutes. Waste of time.

There is no need for a notepad app to require call permissions... And the fact that if you decline it won't let you use it is sketchy as hell. I don't want to be able to open it immediately after a call... If I need to write something down after a call I'll just open the damn thing myself.

Why do I need to grant permission for my phone when all I want is a note pad?
