I can't open the note pad. I was using it saving poems, I have some saves, and today when I was going to save another one, it's not open...with a note that is no open with and authorized source, and I need my poems, please help me...the notepad was working good.

After I pay $6.49 (Premium - Ad free), the app stops working. That surprises me. So, I removed the app from my device. My question now is, Can I have my refund? I only tested the app in less than 5 hours... I notice that this app trouble (app freezes after you pay $6.49 [Premium fee]) occur to others before me. And instead of fixing the app. Your excuses are asking our "Email Address". Just fix the app. No more excuses. I give 1-star. To your app more than it deserve.

Why does the app need access to my photos record things and access to my pictures if I'm using it only for notes.but won't let me use app if I deny access. I deleted app.😒

Won't open, I needed a reliable notebook for all my important documents. I paid the $6 for no adds. Why when I try to go to my documents it'll download but won't open for me to see them? Pls help I don't have time for this or refund me back my purchase and I'll shop else where.
