This is THE notes' app. It's quick, responsive and most importantly free. It offers a variety of features like embedding videos, inserting code, and many more to suit your note-taking needs. I'm so glad I switched to this app. Unlike phone manufacturers with their apps, Notes nook really cares about their customers.

Pretty dang good! My only issue is the notebooks, right? I feel like if a note is saved to a notebook, it should only be seen when we open the notebook, and notes that are not saved to notebooks are fine where they're at. Other than that, about the best I can ask for! Love the privacy and the quiet of the app, great to use as a diary!

I switched to Notes nook because of its privacy focus, clean interface, and built-in sync across devices. I even planned to upgrade to Premium later since it was reasonably priced. Then the developers unexpectedly moved all sync and backup features behind the paywall, losing notes to their greediness. When I asked about it on their Telegram group, there were no clear answers. That broke my trust. I deleted my account and went back to Google Keep. Not worth it. See beyond paid reviews. 💩💩💩💩💩

The essentials plan is kind of a joke. So many "basic" features are behind quite the paywall. I thought those features would be unlocked with the ESSENTIALS plan, but I guess I have a very different idea of what's essential. Locking phone number 2FA and choosing what notebook is your homepage is, is just greedy. It's a nice UI and I do like the app, but I'm constantly reminded how much I have to pay for some basic tools. What a shame.

On Android the bug that makes you unable to select text blocks and hit backspace and actually have those text blocks delete is infuriating. At least one update has come out in the weeks(!) since this bug appeared and none have fixed this the issue. This is ridiculous and unacceptable because being able to select and delete text is a BASIC functionality of a notes' app. Restoring this functionality as soon as possible should be prioritized!!
