Please consider integrating the standard Google Play Services Document Scanner API (ML Kit) for Android. It allows 100% on-device, privacy-friendly document scanning without requiring direct camera permissions, making it perfect for an E2EE app like Notes nook.

Simple notes app. Highly customizable, great desktop app. The sync can be sometimes slow, but it's usually not a problem. e2ee too. The free version is very generous with features, I've never had to buy the plus version. Great app

One of the best privacy-oriented encrypted note-taking apps, but they keep removing features that they had available in flavor of needing a subscription to have them. Not dealbreakers (at least for me), but it sets a bad precedent. You can also try Standard Notes, Joplin Notes if you want a similar encrypted experience.

Sync fails ALOT. Only fix (I have found) is backup notes that have not been synced, log out & back in - which is less than optimal. Have same issue on multiple devices, across many versions of Android - so it is an issue with app. So this will not be a solution I stay with or trust. Support is less than helpful.

Unable to access the notes after updating the vault password with same password. I know password is right, but app says incorrect password!!!!
