Ordered a custom T-shirt and paid the required ₹250 advance. The order has been showing "Processing" for over a week, even though the FAQ mentions a much shorter processing time. I have already contacted support through email and Instagram DM but have not received any response so far. The lack of communication is disappointing and makes it difficult to know the status of the order. I hope the team can improve their customer support and provide updates to customers when delays occur.

I ignored negative comments and paid the price I liked the idea of customizing my own shirt and I wanted to support this app. But they betrayed me. 1st thing is they mentioned 300rs in the Instagram reel and looked at the price it was 650, 2nd thing it is mentioned delivery in 1 day when I was paying the money, but it's been 4 dayd there is no progress at all. 3rd zero customer support I was trying to contact them, but there is no reply at all on the provided help number
