It's a free app with no advertising. You can access notification history in the settings as well as with this app. It has a graphics for the statistic and also colors the different type of notifications from different apps. The app does its job well it makes it easy to find your notifications from the menu. I personally think Android notification history is too far buried in the system setting, this mekes it way easier to go back and look at the history. Than you to the developer.
