Whats the point of the free version....you have to pay to alter the notifications .... which is the whole reason for looking at this app

Complete crap. All you can really do is change IF an app can send notifications, which you can do in general settings on your phone. Don't download this thinking you can change app notification sounds pretty alerts unless you're planning on purchasing the full version.

App opens to screen of all apps, once you click an app every single box you can change you have to haved the paid version to use. So it's basically downloading an app so that a company can read everyone of your notifications but doesn't do anything for you....
