★★★★★ Love it!! This is a wonderful app. It has made excepting packages for our residents so much easier. The residents actually pick up the packages right away now and the process is super easy. WE LOVE NOTIFII here in our office.

★★☆☆☆ The new update messed up photo capture when logging in/out packages again for android Edit: I deleted the app and redownload it and worked again

★★☆☆☆ Used to work flawlessly, but now on Android it won't capture an image of package. iOS seems to still work though. OCR will capture image 50% of the time

★★☆☆☆ Incorrect information when scanning, I was excited about this about, and it was working ok, it could have used some fine-tuning, but it has gotten worse. When I scan a label, the Incorrect comes up, paying close attention saves me from sending the information to the wrong account holder. Having to constantly stop to correct the name is tedious and takes up a lot of time.
