The customer service is excellent. They are very responsive to questions and suggestions. They continuously demonstrate that they want to improve the app and the services provided by the company. Very happy we chose this for our home care agency. It allows us to communicate quickly, send notifications to the entire team, set up team chats, and it is secure and HIPAA-compliant. There's no way to delete messages and too many reminders about scheduling, arriving and departure times when there's already a mobile application for that purpose. This is pertaining to numerous messaging via the app. Once I contacted the supporting staff regarding this issue, I was instructed on how to keep this from reoccurring by deselecting notification reminders through the app that you use to clock in/out on. I would like to thank Josh for assisting me with/ through matter. Edited 10-17-20

Every time I open the app I get a message about updates, to choose to update or do it later. This continues on after the update was installed. Annoying.

It's great when it works but most of the time anymore whenever I have to respond to someone I have to type it in another app then paste it to this app because otherwise it freeze and crashes, and it's super annoying. I don't know why it started doing this, but it's been like this for a month. If I didn't need this to communicate with my employer I definitely would not have this app
