Why does this app not saving WhatsApp notification anymore?it saved other apps' notification but not WhatsApp?

This app has been re-uploaded many times due to the dev breaking Play Store terms and conditions. The forced ads are extreme. The utilized cookie service to "comply with GDPR" fails to do so, breaks laws and siphons user data to 3rd party brokers for profit. The subscription cost for "premium" is £14.99/$19.93 a WEEK and doesn't even remove ads. The developer is extremely greedy and as above, uploads the same app under a different name, each time it is removed due to such reasons.

It charges on my e wallet without my consent, I already deleted the app, but it still charges me without permission, this app is absolutely scam
