NotVPN: Smart VPN for Websites

NotVPN is a smart VPN for the websites and online services you choose. Only they go through the encrypted VPN tunnel, and the rest of your traffic keeps your regular connection. Need full protection? Turn on Encrypt all traffic and the whole device uses the VPN.

How it works
1. Add sites and services to your list on the home screen, or pick them from the full list.
2. Tap Connect VPN.
3. Your chosen sites and services are encrypted in any browser or app. Everything else goes direct, as usual.

Selective encryption or full VPN
• Your list of internet resources: the sites, services and games that should use the VPN.
• The full list: search a large catalog of popular websites and online services. Can't find one? Send a request from the app and we'll look at adding it.
• Encrypt all traffic: one switch on the home screen turns NotVPN into a full-device VPN.
• Encrypting only what you need can be easier on your battery than sending every connection through the VPN.

Safer browsing on public Wi-Fi
• NotVPN uses Android's VpnService to create an encrypted tunnel between your device and our servers.
• Use it on Wi-Fi in coffee shops, hotels and airports, or on mobile data.
• Websites you reach through the VPN see the IP address of a NotVPN server in the country you pick, not yours.
• Choose a country yourself or leave it on Optimal. Search the list, find recent picks and save favorites.

When a network is tricky
• Several VPN protocols. Not connecting on a certain Wi-Fi or mobile network? Tap Test all protocols and pick one that responds.
• Turn on Protocol testing in Advanced Settings: before each connection the app checks your protocol and switches to a working one if it fails.
• Allow local network: your printer, TV and other gadgets at home stay within reach while NotVPN is connected.
• Running Encrypt all traffic? In some regions, local sites such as your bank or government services can still open directly, with one switch in Advanced Settings.
• Background mode helps keep the VPN running when Android's battery saver would stop it.

Free plan or Premium
No subscription? Some locations stay open for free, with a short ad before you connect. The free plan isn't offered in every country.
Premium adds:
• No ads before connecting
• Every location: 30+ countries
• One-tap connection from the Quick Settings panel, plus Android's Always-on VPN
• Your subscription on your other devices: just sign in with the same email
Eligible users may get a free trial of Premium.

Ready in a minute
• No sign-up on the free plan: open the app, take the one-minute tour and connect.
• Premium asks for an email sign-in with a 4-digit code, no password.
• See your active sessions in Account and sign out devices you no longer use. Delete your account in the app at any time.
• 25 languages, including English, Spanish, Arabic, Persian, Hindi, Turkish, Ukrainian, Turkmen and Chinese. Light and dark themes.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically through Google Play until canceled. Cancel anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; Premium stays active until the end of the paid period. If a free trial is offered, cancel before it ends to avoid being charged.
