LOG MEALS YOUR WAY • Estimate food and nutrition from a meal photo • Review calories, protein, fat, and carbohydrates • Edit ingredients, portions, and nutrition values manually • Ask AI to revise an estimate from your correction • Scan product barcodes and nutrition facts labels • Create manual and saved foods when a photo is not the best option
TRACK DAILY CALORIES AND MACROS See consumed and remaining calories alongside your protein, fat, and carbohydrate targets. Keep breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks organized in a daily food diary, with meal photos and recent history available when you need them.
PERSONALIZED FOR YOUR GOAL Choose weight loss, weight maintenance, or healthy weight gain. Nourely uses your profile and activity to create daily calorie and macro targets. Record your current weight, follow your trend, and update the plan as your needs change.
OPTIONAL HEALTH CONNECT INTEGRATION Connecting Health Connect is optional. You can see today's steps and active calories alongside your meal records. When active calories exceed your recent baseline, Nourely adds only 75% of the excess to today's calorie target, capped at 300 kcal. Health data is aggregated by day on your device. Health Connect source records, daily aggregates, and daily health history are not sent to or stored on Nourely servers, and are never used for advertising or AI. You can disconnect at any time.
AI nutrition results are estimates. Review and edit them before saving, especially for homemade or mixed dishes.
