Didn't even bother to get far enough to see if its a pay to advance. Its crap. I only played several levels, but that enough. To start with, the game chooses where you can put the towers. This is crap. All die hard tower defense freaks know that placing a tower at your base end can sometimes be key until you get towers built up at the enemy emergence point. Enemies randomly disappear and reappear too late to kill. You cannot pinch the screen small enough to see the whole battlefield at the same time. The special weapon can only hit a very small area.
