It's good application, reliable and easy to use. One thing that bothers me is parcel's internals. The dictionary of parcel's content is horrible: clothes - odyag; others - in she; shoes - vzuttya, etc. Can such a big company hire a programmer with a few translators to make right English words of content. The same about other languages e.g. French, Polish, German.

The app is slow, unintuitive, and has poor UX overall. Major accessibility issues in dark mode. On top of that, customer support takes hours to respond, delivery prices are unreasonably high, and the couriers are rude. The English translation is incomplete throughout the app. Whoever handles the reviews here is extremely rude and clearly knows nothing about customer service. This company sells your data to third parties and won't hesitate to pass your information to the ТЦК. Not recommended.

It worked well, but in a day got problems with login. After login instantly, I got incorrect token and application show the same login window. I'm sure it is not a problem with credentials. Clear or uninstall doesn't help... It's a pity but this application it is not usable anymore. Update: proposal about to uninstall, delete cache/application data I did and same results. Tried even on other phone, on login effect of reset sometimes token problem.

Enjoying spam from app, stupid manipulative messages like your parcel missing you, which bothering af. Sometimes could not open locker coz box was not paid, no info. Problems to entrust parcel to another recipient.
