It was a horrible experience dealing with Nova Coin Ltd. I have never seen so much sales promotion for their worthless coin that is supposedly on some very shady crypto exchanges. People were complaining of losing access to their funds on Telegram, and there was no customer service available that would even think about helping them recoup their losses on these sham exchanges. It really is a shill of a company. Stay away if you want to hold on to your money since there will be no refunds for you.
