App will not allow me to log in and does not allow me to access old account either. Email was sent to developer for update on status as numerous people have the same problem.

A different App must now be used, the nurse from last visit had to show me, The help from the novant customer service was useless, Go to playstore put in My Chart, a little red folder icon os the one you need, there are multiple providers on there choose Novant, very similar to orig app from there

Tells me my g mail address that I have used for over a year with Novant apps is invalid. Older sick people shouldn't have to put up with this garbage.
