CAUTION! I have no receipt, no record of a subscription through the Google Play app, nor the Novel ix app itself, yet I am being charged. I have been emailing the support email four months to get the payments cancelled. I have not once been able to speak to a real person and have been charged differing amounts at irregular intervals. Since a very clear withdrawal of my consent to be charged, Novel ix has stolen $221.63 from me.

SCAM.....DO NOT EVEN DO THE FREE TRIAL THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD DAILY. I AM CURRENTLY TRYING TO GET THIS SUBSCRIPTION CANCELED THERE IS NO WAY I HAVE TO GET A NEW CARD AND INVOLVE MY BANK. I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS I JUST LOOKED AT THE STAR RATING. VERY DISAPPOINTED. THIS IS A SCAM FOR MONEY PLEASE DO NOT DO IT!

I had paid for a subscription and no way to cancel it. Emailed them to cancel, and they have refused and charged my card 2 more times. Moreso, the app is showing up as an active subscription on my Google play. Merchants need to learn to be honest.
