CAUTION! I have no receipt, no record of a subscription through the Google Play app, nor the Novel ix app itself, yet I am being charged. I have been emailing the support email four months to get the payments cancelled. I have not once been able to speak to a real person and have been charged differing amounts at irregular intervals. Since a very clear withdrawal of my consent to be charged, Novel ix has stolen $221.63 from me.

It scams. There is no way to remove any payment information or cancel subscription that attaches itself if you make a purchase to read a book.

I downloaded this app and paid for a week. I followed their instructions to cancel my subscription, and they STILL charged me after I tried to cancel twice. Now I have to dispute it through my account
