Solid idea. Hope you keep building on it as there are numerous stuff to be improved. For example, my area has very few types of issues available to report compared to other areas which have double or triple the issue types. Don't know how easy it is to improve this, but it could bring on and retain lots and lots of users.

30 minutes to park a car -- owefull. Minimal payment of 5 EUR, plus email, phone, verification. Why I need email to park my car? This is the worst possible parking experience possible.

Terrible - nothing works 1. It took 4 attempts to verify the email address because the email does not open correctly. 2. Location finder does not find the parking location when you need it, despite being set to accurate. It finds it 1 hour later, when you have moved. Then, does not update again. 3. No payment option to pay the parking, despite that being the only reason to have this app on my phone. 4. Setting my profile to English still brings up everything in Greek. 5. FAQ are irrelevant.
