UPDATE.... I contacted the support team, and they got back to me right away. They were going to try and help get into the app, but I requested a refund after trying 1 more time to log in. They responded immediately and approved my refund right away. Awesome support!! I plan to try again after the summer as I really would love to try this. The app opens to a screen and stays there. You cannot do anything. I paid for 3 months. I was excited. Now I just want a refund.

This is a really cool app! It's fun to learn new skills from people that are so passionate about what they're doing. This app has the perfect name because Now You Know what a scam looks like! THIS IS A SCAM. I just found out no app should ask you to pay their subscription fees outside the Google Play Store. I was instructed to Cash App $20 for download another $18.99 for lifetime sub & supplies but found out that they don't send anything. After many login issues, videos would freeze after a few seconds then buffer indefinitely. Just save yourself some time & money and go to YouTube for free. REFUND PLEASE!

The ad said they would send you think once a week. They made it sound like they send you the materials for the skills you learn. Nope. you're paying to watch YouTube tutorials. I can't believe I just paid $20 for FREE YouTube videos. I hate the internet so much. Save yourself money and phone storage space and just look up the videos yourself. This is a bigger scam than health insurance.
