Good selection but the categorization isn't the best on mobile. Dramas and musicals like phantom of the opera are in the "factual" section alongside documentaries and true crime stuff - a bit amusing seeing phantom of the opera in the same category as nature docs, and I also can't seem to find a category for scientific space shows either on the mobile app. Paranormal is also a section in the factual category, I love paranormal stuff too but cmon

Since the update to the app it's like buffer central, have uninstalled it and reinstalled it but same issue. This did not happen before you decided to update app also it's not very user-friendly anymore. Sort it out now tv it costs alot of money per month and for you to make it worse frankly is a disgrace.

Generally I find the now tv apps on phone and tv to be incredibly poor. They constantly crash and are slow and glitchy when compared to the other main streamers. Every time I resubscribe I've had enough before the first month has ended. They are one of the most expensive streaming services, so I don't think there is any excuse for having poor software.

Absolutely disgusting. I pay for the pass for a month just to watch Game of Thrones and every 3 minutes there are adverts that last just as long. It's easier quicker and cheaper to just stream it illegally. You'll be out of business soon enough with this type of BS
