Used daily for most anything. App could be better, still remarkable considering price of NF-583S & abilities. Must play w/ adjustments to figure out for self. Some color pallets work for certain tasks/materials over others. Experience w/ IR, thermal, radar, etc. gives better insight. Hold still for more detailed image. -neighborhood details through brick wall of house -ppl behind priv. Fence -unseen aircraft in sky -video heart beating in chest -locate tumor in pet -pinpoint cold draft Very useful.

Not sure if it's the app or the camera or both. The NF583S gets good reviews, so I'm going to say it's the app.lol. The app is glitchy, tends to freeze, not often; enough to annoy, it turns grainy when aimed up and not up to the sky, just a slight bit. Maybe 5–10 degrees, and once in a while the settings don't change when selected (only for the 4 selectable presets not the vertical low/high limit adjustments, they're fine) Video is good, pictures are good, temperature gauges are good, etc.

I have the updated android 16 and this app doesn’t seem to work with the thermal imager. Disappointed because I also downloaded the main application from the manufacturers' website. Hope there will be some accessibility to the camera in the future.

Whatever you changed from the last update made the app practically useless. You need the option to use the app before the last update. It was a good app then. You could actually see thermal images. Now all I can see is a blue screen on the rainbow, or all black or all white by adjusting the slide. From 5 ⭐ to a generous 2 ⭐. Please fix
