This is a great app, with faults. This app generates great NPCs the only error is it assumes ages are all the equivalent to human ages. A 121-year-old Dwarfis considered an ancient character. It's easy to fix yourself just enter a human equivalent age, like 121-year-old Dwarf is like a 35-year-old human.

3 uses per day on free version. Can choose between ordinary and heroic character types. Can specify specific known elements for the character (race, current activity, location, etc.). Generates background information and a star block into Pathfinder 1 or 2, or D&D 5e formats. You can choose between three level tiers to ensure you get a useful character for your campaign at that moment. Can export outputs as text to paste into other documents. Needs Fantasy Grounds or other VTT exports

It's good at creating a personality and backstory. Every time I try to generate a stat block, regardless of which system or level I choose, it gives me an error. The error did not indicate that it had anything to do with being the free version

it's ok. not a lot special about from the mode than hand full of NPCs I made with it. There are a lot of similar things out there. Big downside is internet connection is required, but I also understand why.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
