I have tried to make contribution at least 15 times till now ... And every time it has failed I don't understand why such horrible user experience NPS has Also, once customer has logged in why is customer again needed to enter Pran and enter OTP ... That's again bad customer experience..... It gets very irritating when one has to try again and again and enter pran and OTP again and again and still it keeps failing You guys Really need to work on making customer experience seamless
