It's very hard to download transfer receipt because the download action button is pretty close the Android's default bottom buttons. Every time I tried to click the download button the Android's default buttons are clicked instead. Possible Solution: move the download/share button a bit upper.

I am facing a problem with the NRBC Planet app. The minimum login password is now 6 digits, and my account password is 6 digits. However, when I try to send money to bKash through the MFS option, the password field only allows 5 digits. Because of this problem, I cannot complete the transaction. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Lack of features. The "locate bank" option doesn’t work. It shows no internet connection Every time while I already connected with high speed internet.

NRBC Planet has the potential to be a reliable banking companion, but it currently feels laggy and lacks several essential features. First of all, the app performance needs to be much smoother; users frequently face slow loading times and occasional session timeouts. The overall UI/UX feels a bit outdated and requires a more detailed and modern design. Also, Can't download the whole statement from the apps.Also, please remove the add beneficiary option. It's awkward
