Protocols are easy to view, streamlined, and easy to update. My only recommendation is to only update the protocols that need it, and not re-download all of them.

Not very intuitive The app is nicely done, but serves no real purpose for a smartphone savvy person and may be complicated for an unsavvy person. All this app does is download the PDF's and act as a 'middle man'? Already had PDF's stored on my phone. For peeps that arnt techy, then having to install adobe while trying to view a protocol may be confusing. Infuriating when apps don't go landscape, specially since u will end up in landscape to read the PDF. Suggestion: text in app, show only BLS/ALS protocols based on preference
