Error upon error and needs manual upload of tickets. Printing my tickets on paper... Take some pointers from the Eurostar app please.

The app is extremely basic and unreliable. Ticket search is slow, time selection is not possible, payment is not working reliably. Forced me to buy paper tickets in a rush. I'd recommend using something else for international travels

Just a terrible app. Constant mistakes with arrival times that are long known before. Also loves to tell you a train is cancelled/trip is not possible, even though there are no issues with it at all. Customer support is fast, but terribly bland. When I almost missed a train (from berlin to Amsterdam) because the app had a wrong departure time shown (12 min later than it actually was) the support called this "unfortunate". No NS, this is not unfortunate but simply incompetent. 1 ⭐
