There has to be a better way to purchase a supplement - other rail apps have a tick box. The payment flow is janky, and it's never certain I've paid until I go to the email. I have to leave the app to get my tickets. Then return to the app to load them slowly.

I tried to download my ticket, was instructed to provide information which I did, was then instructed to tick my name to download my tickets but nothing happened, went back to the beginning and provided the required information again, was again unable to tick my name to download my ticket, and so all over again and again and .... I still do not have my ticket, and I am due to travel tomorrow. What kind of appalling service is this, NS?
