Completely unreliable. Booked a trip from Bangalore to Taliparamba (PNR: NST198798) and they cancelled it last minute citing "mechanical problems." Now I'm left stranded trying to find an alternative. A text message apology doesn't fix a ruined travel plan. Avoid if you have a fixed schedule.
